Know Thyself

One of the most puzzling, chaotic, utterly upside-down moments in your company’s history is happening now…and one that also for the best of the best, an opportunity to react and shift your future to one that is brighter, more resilient, and adaptable to come-what-may.

Many articles, videos, social media stories, etc. are available to those that seek them out – ones around updating your workplace to include hospitality spaces, ones that talk about ecosystems and neighborhoods, pumping up office amenities, to ones that express the need to offer choice of where your workers get work done…it’s a bit endless if you ask Google.  The trick to reading between all these lines lies very closely to you and your business: know thyself.  You are unique and you know your business better than anyone and the path to navigate through this latest pandemic and its havoc on how we did business prior to 2020, is best demystified by looking in the mirror.

For us at SK, we’re still figuring it out as we go and are continuing to adapt.  We don’t have all the answers, however, can certainly be empathetic to our clients and partners, and offer up our own stories with how we’ve reacted and pivoted to carve out our own future…one that certainly looks much different than we would have expected at the beginning of 2020.  Challenge yourself and your business to lean into uncomfortable – think differently and do differently – and find empowerment to weather this storm and the next.
