In 4 sentences or less, describe your job and what you might do on a “typical” day – understanding that a typical day might be different every day.

I have responsibility for our client’s furniture assets.  I go to various client locations to pick up the furniture they want to move to storage, bring it back to our warehouse, put it in inventory, and store it in our warehouse.  I also take our client’s furniture out of inventory that in our warehouse and deliver it back to their location.

How would you describe the company culture of Storey Kenworthy?

We all get along and work together well as a team.

Which of the 7 Core Values is your favorite?  The one that inspires you most?  Why?

Customer Focus.  I think that’s the most important because if you don’t have customers then what’s the point in working?!

What keeps you coming to work for Storey Kenworthy?

I’ve worked for Storey Kenworthy family of companies for 17 years .  I love the people I work with; both internally and our clients externally.  I have developed good relationships with both.

What would say is the best part of your job?

The people.  It’s easy to come to work when you like the people you work with.

Outside of work, what do you do to stay fulfilled, busy, balanced and focused on your personal growth?

Hang out with my kids (2 kids ages 8 & 12).  We go paddle boarding and kayaking.  We watch movies and play games.  I’m also an Artist – been doing since I was five.  Anything art related, I’ve done it.

What would you tell somebody that is thinking about coming to work for Storey Kenworthy?

The people are awesome and we have really good benefits, specifically the 401k plan and our vacation / PTO!
